Thanksgiving

I'm a little late with our Thanksgiving post, but we went full-speed from Thanksgiving right into the Christmas season! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with friends; home-cooked turkey with all the trimmings and even a pre-recorded football game! I made Memere's famous sweet potato crunch with Japanese sweet potatoes. It was bright yellow in color (instead of orange) but it tasted quite yummy. The day after Thanksgiving, Little Man's class presented at the all school assembly. They talked about American Thanksgiving and also did a play about the Pilgrims and Indians. It was quite adorable!
