UN Day

Little Man's school celebrated UN Day this past week. The kids learned about the United Nations and talked about ways their school / class is similar to the UN. With everyone dressed in their "national costume", we enjoyed a very international lunch together in the classroom.

Since we are still in the middle of moving,

Little Man decided to represent Japan by

wearing his Japanese national football shirt.

Lots of really yummy food

Little Man's teacher told the class they needed to

try at least one new food for lunch. And then she

went around the room while the kids were eating

and checked in with every one of them!
